The font didn’t come to the limelight until Bob Marley used it on the cover of his album Natty Dread in 1974. On the other hand, the lowercase letters are sans serif characters. The uppercase letters are bold and heavy. ![]() The unique thing about this typeface is that it doesn’t have the same uppercase and lowercase letters. Designer Roger Excoffon designed this font in 1951. The Banco font is a soft and fancy title font. Eric Swenson, Kevin Thatcher, and Fausto Vitello founded the publication of this magazine in San Francisco in 1981. The magazine provides articles about skateboarding, music, photography, interviews, reviews, etc. The original name of his font is Banco Font, as it has been used in the logo of a famous monthly skateboarding magazine, “ Thrasher.” Today I’d like to introduce you to a very well-designed typeface called “The Thrasher Font”. ![]()
